Hayley
Hayley has 20 years of experience in multiple laser treatments, most commonly laser hair removal, tattoo removal, vascular treatments, skin tightening, and pigmentation treatments.
She began her career with the UK’s leading laser clinic, SKN, at their flagship Harley Street clinic, where she stayed for over ten years. During that time, she was instrumental in setting up the company’s other clinics as they opened throughout the UK as well as taking on training duties for laser practitioners. Much of her time was spent in the company’s Brighton clinic, which gave her experience treating patients who had transitioned. Hayley also worked in clinics in London, Birmingham & Leeds, which allowed her to treat a wider variety of skin tones, which is very important when performing laser treatments.
After ten years with SKN, Hayley started a family and moved on to work for a boutique clinic owned by one of Europe’s most advanced Aesthetic Doctors, Dr Xavier Goodarzian. Hayley continued to be the leading laser practitioner, training in more advanced body treatments.
Following that, Hayley decided it was time to set up on her own and started HA Laser Studio. This has given her the opportunity to use her experience and knowledge and work around her family from home. She built the business, training new members, and now HA Laser Studio has a team of six, including Dr Xavier Goodarzian who is a consultant practitioner.
Rosella
Rosella decided on a career change after seeing the results of laser hair removal herself.
She was so impressed with it that she wanted to offer this treatment to others. She trained with Hayley before finishing her training and assessments with The Clinical Academy in Portsmouth.
Hailing from Italy, Rosella is a skin type 4 herself. She has a deep understanding of the unique needs of clients with skin types 4/5 and 6, which has fuelled her passion for providing tailored treatments to these clients. She also specialises in Carbon Laser Facial treatments and has the qualifications and training to offer advanced procedures.
Richard
Richard specialises in laser tattoo removal. He became interested in the treatment after having a tattoo removed himself.
He initially trained extensively with Hayley before completing his qualifications at the Lynton Training Academy.
In addition to the more traditional designs people want removed, Richard offers specific tattoo removal to people who need it. He saw that Hate tattoos that people had done when they were young and now deeply regretted were inhibiting their lives. He decided to try to help by offering to remove Hate tattoos without prejudice and with no charge. This led him to look at other avenues. He knew that when receiving cancer treatment, some patients are left with radiation tattoos after receiving radiotherapy. For some, they are a mark of strength and show their recovery from cancer, but many wish for them to be removed, so Richard does, also without cost.
Ellie
Rosella decided on a career change after seeing the results of laser hair removal herself.
Ellie also has been mentored by Hayley to perform treatments using Cynosure technology. Ellie treats multiple concerns, including hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation and fat freezing. Ellie’s favourite part of the job is meeting the clients and catching up every 6-10 weeks to see how the results change people’s lives.
Lara
Lara is one of newest members of the team. She has been working in the beauty industry for the past five years and was very interested in a career in laser & aesthetics, specifically laser hair removal.
Since joining HA Laser, she’s worked closely with Hayley and recently qualified in her VTCT level four in Laser and IPL Treatments. She now has six months of experience in the laser industry and finds it all very rewarding. She loves seeing the results of what she does and seeing how happy people are when they finish their course of treatments.
