Erbium Laser Resurfacing

Resurface your skin with Erbium Laser

Enhance your skin by addressing concerns such as uneven texture, enlarged pores, acne scars, wrinkles, and skin laxity.

What is the Erbium Laser resurfacing treatment?

The Erbium laser precisely targets micro-sections of the skin, creating laser channels that penetrate deep into the tissue. This controlled thermal damage stimulates significant collagen renewal, while the surrounding unaffected skin accelerates the body’s natural healing process, delivering impressive results with minimal downtime.

Who is suitable for this treatment?

The Erbium laser is suitable for all skin tones and is a less invasive alternative to CO2 lasers, which require longer recovery times. A consultation is recommended to determine the best treatment plan for your skin.

Combined Treatment Protocol – IllumiFacial & Resurface

HA Laser is among the select clinics offering the unique combination of IllumiFacial and Resurface treatments in a single session. This dual-action procedure precisely addresses skin texture and tone, optimising skin clarity and smoothness.

A consultation is required to assess suitability. This protocol maintains the same minimal downtime as standard resurfacing while enhancing overall results, achieving a refined, glass-like complexion with exceptional improvements.

Frequently asked questions

During the procedure, you may feel a warm heating sensation. Post-treatment, the heat may intensify temporarily, but cooling packs can be used to ease discomfort.

Noticeable results can be seen after just one session. However, depending on individual skin concerns, a series of 3 to 9 treatments is recommended for optimal results. Erbium Laser sessions are scheduled every four weeks.

Post-treatment, you may experience a mild sunburn-like sensation for a few hours, followed by redness for 1-2 days. The skin will then begin to tighten and dry out. As it heals, it may feel rough, like sandpaper, before naturally sloughing off within a week. Makeup can be applied 48 hours after treatment.
